What to Bring

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, it’s always good to come prepared! Here’s a quick guide on what to bring to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable class. A small towel can be helpful to wipe away sweat and keep you comfortable during class, especially in a more intense session. Staying hydrated is essential during any workout. Bring a water bottle so you can sip between exercises. Pilates is a mindful practice, so bring an open mindset and be ready to focus on your body and breath. Whether you’re here for strength, flexibility, or relaxation, you’ll leave feeling refreshed!

When to Arrive

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in, take a quick tour of the studio, complete your liability waiver, and get prepared for class.

What to Say

Your instructor will ask you about any old injuries, sensitive spots, or conditions that might need modifications. Be honest! If a movement is painful, it’s fine not to do it, or to do a modified version while your body becomes used to Pilates.
