Package & Membership Expiration. All class packages and memberships will expire 30 days from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified. 3-Month Package Expires 90 days from the purchase date. 6-Month Package Expires 180 days from the purchase date. 1-Year Package Expires 365 days from the purchase date. Unused classes DO NOT ROLL OVER.

Waiver. Please ensure you have signed our waiver before attending class. If you haven’t done so yet, you can complete it here.

Bring your grip socks. For the health and safety of everyone, we DO require grip socks to be worn during class with no exceptions. Please bring your own if you have them. We do have them for sale at the studio for your convenience. NO BAREFOOT or Regular socks permitted – they must have a grip attached to the bottom of the foot on the socks!

Please Arrive on Time 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. If you have never attended Reform Nation Studio, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to register and fill out a waiver (you can download it here). If you are running 10 minutes late and someone is waitlisted, you may forfeit your class.

No cell phones or gum during class please! Please keep all of your belongings, except a bottle of water and small towel, in the locker-room. Cell phones that are placed underneath the reformer may be stepped on and broken, accidents can happen. Reformer Nation is NOT responsible for any broker items not put away.

Please register and reserve your spot on-line ahead of class time! Our on-line profile is where you can purchase and schedule classes. Please note a valid credit card must be on file to be able to reserve classes. ALL OF OUR PACKAGES / MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE AUTO-RENEWED EACH MONTH.

If you know you are NOT able to attend your class or session, please cancel! Group classes require 12 hours’ notice for cancellation. Classes cancelled after the 12 hour cancellation period leading up to the start of class will result in a Late Cancel and a loss of class credit. No-Shows will result in a loss of class credit **Unlimited package holders will be charged a fee of $15 for a Late Cancel and a fee of $35 for a No-Show, Private sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. What should I do if I need to go away? We understand that life happens. If life takes you away from Pilates for a period of time, we offer our members the convenience of placing their membership on a temporary hold or Freezing a membership! Your membership can be frozen up to two times per calendar year for a period of no more than two weeks per occurrence. Freezing a membership preserves the amount of time between the freeze start date and the next billing period. Therefore, if it is 10 days until the next billing date and the membership is frozen for a month, the customer will be billed 10 days after the Freeze End Date. Once the Freeze End Date is reached, a new billing cycle will be set up automatically,

Are there age restrictions for taking classes? As much as we would like to teach Pilates to everyone and at any age we do cater to an adult environment. You must be 18 years of age to attend classes, or at least 16 years of age with parental consent. We can cater to any age with private sessions since we must pay attention to very specific needs of a growing body.

Additional info A valid credit card must be on your profile with the studio to enroll in class. The Unlimited Monthly Membership is limited to one class per day per client. Single class purchases expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Monthly classes do not “roll over” one month to the next. A month is defined as 30 consecutive days. Payments are non-refundable and single classes, class packages, monthly passes and memberships are non-transferable. Instructors may be subject to change without notice.
